Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the payment options shown at checkout, including bank wire transfer (ACH/wire) and other electronic payment methods. For business and high-value orders we can issue a formal invoice with our banking details for direct transfer. A receipt is issued for every payment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout, plus any quoted delivery cost and applicable sales tax, is the full amount you pay — there are no additional fees.

When Payment Is Due

Standard orders are paid in full at checkout. Custom builds require a deposit (stated on your quote) with the balance due before dispatch.

Payment Security & Verification

For your protection, we verify every order before dispatch and will only ever provide payment instructions from sales@stackcrateco.com or this website. If you receive payment instructions from any other source claiming to be StackCrateCo, contact us before sending funds.

Refunds

Refunds are issued per our Return & Refund Policy to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
